Included in the agenda will be an announcement of the effort toward obtaining a health care initiative on the ballot in November 2023 or 2024. The draft Essentials Referred Ballot Measure sponsored by Colorado Rep. Andrew Boesenecker will enable Coloradans to create a more just and affordable way to pay for better health care for all Coloradans. Here is some background in preparation for the announcement:
