In addition to our efforts to achieve Improved Medicare for All, we can fight against the privatization of Medicare, including Medicare Advantage plans.
The NYT in April 2022 had an article noting problems with Medicare Advantage.

Submit your public comment on Medicare Advantage
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has begun soliciting public comment on the Medicare Advantage program. The agency is asking for feedback on how to advance health equity; expand access; drive innovation to promote person-centered care; support affordability and sustainability; and engage partners.
We know that the best way to serve Medicare Advantage enrollees would be to free them from the financial burdens and administrative hassles imposed by the commercial insurance companies that administer their benefits.
Policymakers need to know that the public is paying attention, and that we are demanding nothing less than single-payer Medicare for All.
