What is this?
Panel discussion starts at 6pm, refreshments and socializing at 5:30pm
To help us all in our voting process, Voter Services is presenting a discussion:
HOW DOES MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT WORK?
WHAT IS THE ROLE OF CITY COUNCIL?
WHAT ARE THE MOST PRESSING ISSUES FACING THE UPCOMING COUNCIL?
City Attorney John Shaver and Councilor Dennis Simpson and Mayor Pro Tem Abe Herman will help us understand these important questions.
Please come, bring a friend, and mingle with other Leaguers and members of our community!
If you prefer not to drive in the evening, call me at 303-579-4957. We will attempt to arrange transportation.
(BTW, would you be willing to help with set-up/takedown for this event, or to transport a member who may prefer not to drive in the evening?)
