In addition, the Colorado State Assembly typically mails out their Ballot Information Book ("Blue Book") around the same time as the ballots. You can access an online version of this year's Blue Book here.

Drop-off / Mail-in your completed ballot

To avoid mail delays, we encourage all Mesa County voters to drop-off their ballots at one of six ballot drop boxes located throughout the county. Find your closest ballot drop-box at Mesa County Election Hub. Your completed ballot must be dropped off at one of the Mesa County ballot drop boxes by 7PM on Tuesday, November 3rd.

If you chose to mail your completed ballot, please do so by October 29th to ensure it is delivered by election day, November 3rd.
